Shipping Policy

Overview
OnyxMD (operated by Curated Care LLC) ships physician-prescribed medications directly to your door through our licensed pharmacy partners. Because every order requires review and approval by a US-licensed physician, our delivery timeline includes a short medical review step before your order enters fulfillment. This page explains each step and what to do if your order is delayed.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders begin with a medical review by a US-licensed physician. Most reviews are completed within 24 hours of submitting your health assessment. Once approved, your prescription is sent to our pharmacy partner for fulfillment. Orders approved on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Handling Time
Handling time is 1–2 business days. This is the time from physician approval to when your order leaves our pharmacy partner's fulfillment center.
3. Transit Time
Transit time is the time your order spends with the shipping carrier after it leaves the fulfillment center:
- United States: 2–5 business days
4. Estimated Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time includes both handling and transit:
- United States: 3–7 business days from physician approval
5. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States to the 47 states where OnyxMD operates (excluding Alaska, Mississippi, and New Jersey). We do not ship internationally, to P.O. boxes where carrier restrictions apply, or to freight forwarders.
6. Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping cost is displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping fees, where charged, are non-refundable as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Tracking & Discreet Packaging
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or the nature of our services on the outside of the package.
8. Shipping Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated window above, delays can occasionally occur for reasons outside our control, including:
- Carrier delays, severe weather, or natural disasters
- U.S. public holidays and peak shipping periods
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Additional pharmacy verification required for your prescription
If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within 5 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@getonyxmd.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will reship your order at no charge or issue a refund, as described in our Refund Policy.
9. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before finalizing your order. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts may require a reshipment fee. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it to a different address.
10. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or compromised, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getonyxmd.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund as described in our Refund Policy.
